The hotel is perfectly located for skiing enthusiasts, close to all the sites in Zillertal and in the center of Fugen. the recently renovated rooms are comfortable and offer beautiful views. the modern and nice bathrooms add a touch of luxury to the stay. the hotel also provides excellent service, with attentive staff and a delicious breakfast. the facilities, including a big and delicate pool and relaxing area, make for a truly enjoyable stay.

The service at dinner could be improved, as some guests experienced long wait times and mistakes in the order of courses.

Good hotel, indoor+outdoor connected pools, decent saunas, good food, big&clean&warm room, helpful reception staff, elegant ambiance, classic interiors.

Water charged at meals with 5 Euro/750ml bottle, except reception staff the rest of staff not speaking English, brunch finished too early at 5PM (no time to arrive well from the slopes) and water only @ 5Euro/bottle. No dayly soap refill in the bathroom, bed mattresses should be o better quality for the room rate charged. The sofa bed should be replaced by a king-size bed with good mattress.

The view here is amazing! And let's not forget about the superb service, top-notch! 🌟.

even the kranebitten airport was not so far. the location was next to everything we wanted to do. room met the purpose.

1) A Richard Clayderman music starts play every each time entering room, after puting a card in. 2) The quality of air in room. I had roof room, 4th floor. Ventilation in bathroom. 3) The bathroom door closing all the time. 4) poor hair dryer 5) cheep kitch interior in single room and in corridors ( paintings, and other elements)

Everything was perfect! Nicely furnished room with mountain view, delicious meals included, huge spa area with pools, saunas, and gym. Will definitely come back!
